About Ann-Marie

I provide integrative psychotherapy, breath coaching, and teaching to clients & colleagues that is focused on natural human resilience. I view the mind/body as doing the best it can to survive in a complex, fast-paced and challenging modern world.

Instead of pathology, I have respect for the body & what it needs.
I support body-listening, curiosity, and receptivity to our internal worlds.
I support my clients in building the skill of interoception which is our ability to read internal cues and use that information to support our psychological and physical health.

I weave together over 20 years’ experience as a therapist with my training in pastoral counselling, breathwork, movement therapy, and nutrition coaching to approach personal growth holistically.
