Vicki is a Women’s Health & Movement Coach and founder of Real.Strong.Women. She works with women to take them from uncertainty about their body, to having the confidence and freedom to explore movement and do whatever activity that makes them happy! Vicki has two children who are the reason she started this work after their birth left her body in a very different state! Vicki loves to educate girls and women about their body especially in relation to the unique life challenges and opportunities women go through (and is slightly fanatical about knowing the difference between a vulva and a vagina!)

Ann-Marie is a BACP Accredited Psychotherapist & Certified Breathwork coach with first-hand experience of how breathwork can help you thrive in perimenopause.  Ann-Marie specialises in teaching breath training for stress resilience including how to take the edge off of hot flushes and to stabilise anxiety from those pesty hormone fluctuations!
